Where can I find information about marketing to potential partners in my industry? I’m trying to develop a marketing plan to create brand awareness within my industry rather than to the end consumers. I hope to establish a network of partners in the industry that do not compete for the same business but can help with overflow capacity.
I’m in the customer loyalty and gift card manufacturing industry.

That would depend a whole lot on what industry you’re in. Airplanes? Carrot farming? You’re not going to get a useful answer without that.
First you have to find potential partners in your industry. Industry directories, publications, and Internet searches will get you started.
Then you use basic B2B marketing principles and market segmentation to determine the best appeals to make your marketing effective.
You can read one of my recent articles on B2B marketing at the link in the resource box.
